Regenerative Farming Jobs & Career Opportunities

Hungry World Farm is a 175-acre nonprofit regenerative farm in Tiskilwa, Illinois. We grow nutrient-dense, chemical-free food, restore soil and ecosystems, and inspire people through immersive education and farmstay experiences.

We’re in an exciting stage of growth—expanding our farmstay lodging, building silvopasture and agroforestry systems, and strengthening our educational programs for families, volunteers, and students. At the heart of everything we do is a commitment to our 4Es:

  • Ecosystem – Healing land, water, and biodiversity
  • Economics – Building financially sustainable enterprises
  • Engagement – Impacting lives through food, learning, and hospitality
  • Entity – Growing a resilient, values-driven organization

Hungry World Farm is not just a workplace or a place to visit. It is a living classroom and a community by intention, where passionate people come together to live, learn, and contribute to a healthier future.

Option D – Volunteers

Volunteer opportunities are open year-round. Some people come for a weekend, others for a few weeks, and some on a regular basis.

Because training and supervision take time, we generally ask for a minimum commitment depending on your experience.

Volunteers can help with livestock chores, garden projects, hospitality support, infrastructure improvements, event staffing, and conservation work.
